Maria teaches and coaches women in leadership positions to maximize their personal growth which impacts their families, churches, communities and workplaces. She coaches individuals and small groups, conducts workshops and teaches seminars.

She assists ministry teams in leadership development, writing vision and mission statements, setting goals, finding their core values, identifying ministry objectives, and how it impacts their community.
Coaching
Maria is a Certified Life Coach with over 30 years of experience coaching, teaching, and mentoring leaders. She has extensive cross cultural experience and is passionate about seeing women living their fullest potential for the glory of God.
